From process details, benefits, and real-life examples, we’ll unfold why a Snow Removal Service is integral for every business in Chesterfield Shores during winter.
Navigating through Winter with Professional Snow Removal
A proficient snow removal service like D&J Contracting includes detailed operations to counter snow accumulation effectively. The comprehensive snow removal service starts with a thorough inspection of the commercial property to determine the problematic areas. This comprises walkways, driveways, entrances, and parking spaces which require urgent attention. Subsequently, machines like snow blowers, trucks, and plows are employed to efficiently remove the accumulated snow. Additionally, services may entail de-icing steps and salt spreading for prevention of ice build-up. The proactive approach of a snow removal service ensures your business remains accessible, safe, and operative throughout the winter season.
Benefits of a Commercial Snow Removal Service
The importance of a commercial snow removal service extends beyond mere aesthetics. Most notably, it promotes safety. Accumulated snow and ice lead to hazardous conditions which can lead to accidents and potential lawsuits for business owners. A snow removal service eliminates these risks, providing a safe environment for your customers and employees. Further, an unkempt property can turn away potential customers, affecting your business image and profitability. On the contrary, a clean, easily accessible property with clear pathways and parking spaces reflects positively on your business professionalism and commitment, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Real-World Relevance of Snow Removal Services
To illustrate, consider a famous hotel in Chesterfield Shores which kept experiencing recurring interruptive closures during winter due to heavy snowfall. The hotel decided to engage D&J Contracting’s services to ensure continuous operation during winter. Not only was the hotel able to provide uninterrupted service, but they also witnessed a surge in their credibility and customer satisfaction.
Similarly, a healthcare clinic in the city decided to avail an emergency snow removal service. This decision proved to be life-saving for many patients who could access the clinic during heavy snowfall when it mattered the most. This real-world example illustrates the vital role of a Snow Removal Service in providing accessibility to essential services during harsh winters.

About Chesterfield Shores, Michigan
Chesterfield Township was originally established as a general law township in 1842. It became a charter township in 1989.
The original European-American settlement in the area was a hamlet called Chesterfield, first settled in 1830. When the Grand Trunk Railway came through in 1865, it stimulated the development of businesses in the hamlet. It had a post office from 1875 until 1907, but has since lost its specific identity.
Chesterfield Township is in eastern Macomb County and is bordered on the north by Lenox Township and the village of New Haven; on the east by Ira Township in St. Clair County, and by the village of New Baltimore; on the southeast by Anchor Bay, which is a part of Lake St. Clair; on the south by Harrison Township; and on the west by Macomb Township.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 30.6 square miles (79 km), of which 27.6 square miles (71 km) are land and 3.0 square miles (7.8 km), or 9.85%, are water.
Much of Chesterfield Township is dominated by suburban subdivisions and shopping developments; its population is increasingly diverse, reflecting area demographic changes. In 2010 some 89% of the population identified as non-Hispanic whites; in the late 20th century, the largely rural township had an even higher percentage of whites. Anchor Bay influences the southeastern part of the community, where many pleasure boats, docks, and marine-related businesses can be found.
There are nine unincorporated communities in the township and no incorporated villages:

Rice established another post office in Milton. That post office closed at some point, and another was opened in January 1856, with Edmund Matthews as postmaster. This office operated until July 1904. Milton was home to a school, three churches, a doctor, a blacksmith, and a couple of saloons. The last saloon survived until 2004, when it was torn down, at that time it was known as the “Teddy Bear Bar.” The school, known as Milton School, was incorporated into another building, which was torn down in 2002.
