FULL ADA RECONSTRUCTION
This project consisted of a complete parking lot and site accessibility renovation. D&J Contracting Inc. removed the existing asphalt parking lot and replaced it with a new 4-inch 5E asphalt pavement section; demolished and reconstructed concrete curbs and sidewalks to restore site functionality and improve pedestrian access; removed and replaced damaged bollards and handrails with new installations meeting current safety standards; corrected all ADA deficiencies to ensure full accessibility compliance; and completed pavement striping, traffic and ADA signage, new parking blocks, and full site restoration.
