Crack filling is the foundation of any commercial pavement maintenance program. It's the least expensive service we offer — and often the most valuable in terms of preventing future costs.
D&J provides crack filling services as standalone maintenance visits or as part of combined maintenance programs that include sealcoating and line striping. We serve parking lots of all sizes, from small retail lots to multi-acre industrial facilities.

How is your crack filling service different from consumer products?
Commercial crack filling uses hot-pour rubberized materials heated to working temperature on-site. These materials are flexible in cold weather and bond strongly to clean asphalt edges. Consumer cold-pour products harden in Michigan winters and typically fail within a season. The difference in longevity is 3-7 years vs one season.
How do you schedule crack filling service?
Contact us for a site assessment. We can quote most commercial lots after a brief site walk. We schedule crack filling appointments throughout the season and can often fit maintenance work in with our existing project schedule in your area.
Can you combine crack filling with sealcoating?
Yes. Crack filling followed by sealcoating is the standard commercial maintenance combination. We schedule crack filling first, allow it to cure, then apply sealcoating. Both services can be performed in the same visit for most properties.
